Picture Day - Thursday, January 10, 2013
In order to get the pictures into the galleries quickly, we didn't pre-edit any of the images this year. So below is a before and after example of what you'll see in the gallery compared to what you'll receive when ordered.
How to Order

These are a few questions that regularly come up when people are ordering through the website.
When you place your order, I edit the images to make them perfect before sending them to the lab to be processed. So if the proofs look a little dark, funny colors, or bits of camera gear poking into the side of the shot - don't worry, that will all be fixed.
When ordering 8x10 or 5x7 prints a small part of the image gets cropped off the long side. If you order an image and some toes, fingers or heads get trimmed in the process, I will edit the image to add extra canvas so that we can keep the missing parts. You don't need to tell me to do this, it will be obvious and I'll just take care of it for you.
You can order any number of individual prints, or any number of packages.
Packages can use different photographs not just the same one.
Lustre/Glossy/Metallic - Lustre is the most versatile. It's not quite so shiny as glossy but not as flat as a matte finish. Lustre is durable and doesn't show fingerprints. Glossy gets rich colors but reflects a lot of light and shows fingerprints readily. Metallic paper is really great for shiny objects. It's not quite as shiny as baking foil but has a metallic shine to it - this will probably look really great with the shiny leotards.
Shipping times depend on what products you order and what shipping method you choose, but you can usually expect to receive standard items with standard shipping in about 7 business days. It may take me several days to process your order during busy times.
I can't find my photographs - Because everyone was wearing the same leotards it's quite possible that the people who were photographed at the start or end of their group might have been put with the wrong crowd. Check the gallery before or after your scheduled shoot time just to double check.

Step 1 - Sign in to the gallery (use the links below)
Step 2 - Find the image you want to purchase
Step 3 - Just to the top right of the photograph is a link "Buy" that offers several options. "Purchase this image" does just that. "Photos in this Gallery" lets you select several photos all at the same time. "Create a Card" takes you to a card design tool where you can create holiday cards. "Photo Package" lets you purchase one of the packages shown here on the left.
Step 4 - If you selected an individual image, you will select the sizes, quantities and finishes you want. You can also change the cropping. You can return to the gallery and select other images before proceeding to the checkout. If you selected a package, you simply select the images you want to use on the next screen.
Step 5 - Once you have all your items in your shopping cart and have cropped as necessary (cropping is optional if you don't do anything, I'll take care of this once you place the order to get the best framing), proceed to checkout where you will enter your shipping and billing information. Prints are delivered directly to your address for convenience.
